Wakeboard winch

This bachelor’s thesis deals with wakeboard winches. At the beginning the basic parts of the winch are described together with the summary and comparison of the selected devices on the market. Thereafter the thesis contains conceptual design of a winch with strength assessment of the main parts and functional calculation. In conclusion drawings are drown up.
Windlass

Windlass is a lifting device widely used in the building industry for lifting or laying building material or other material. This thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part focuses on existing solutions of different windlass types and contains also a general overview of windlass producers. This part is also concerned with strength and functional calculations of the device and designs individual components of the device. The other part of this thesis is the construction part which is focused on drawings of the overal equipment assembly, contains the list of components and selected production drawings.
Cable winch

The goal of my bachelor´ s thesis is to find a construction solution for a cable winch for a safe take-off of model gliders of a wingspan of maximum 5 m, a weight of 5kg and with a maximum take-off speed of 17 m.s-1. The thesis includes a project of a winding drum, including a control calculation, alternatives, the choice of a drive unit and a ductile element and a project of a frame.
